  Smoking

The City of Houston Ordinance number 86-1311, amending chapters 12, 21, and 28 of the Code of Ordinances, Houston, Texas and the Fire Code of the City of Houston prohibits and makes unlawful the possession of burning tobacco products or smoking tobacco in public places.

In 910 Louisiana, all public areas are considered "No Smoking" areas. This includes all restrooms, elevators, corridors, stairwells, garages, tunnels, and lobbies. Smoking is also prohibited within 25 feet of the building’s entrances. The designated smoking area is located in the exterior plaza on the northwest corner of the building, nearest the Smith Street & Walker St. Intersection.

In addition, the building is a non-smoking building and smoking is not permitted in tenant premises or any other area of the building.
