In the event of a problem with the elevators, such as doors not opening or the cabs stopping between floors, depress the help button on the front panel. When depressed this button activates an alarm in the security dock office. The security officer on duty will respond via an intercom system in the elevator cab and will arrange for immediate assistance. Should the car stop between floors and the door opens, do not ever attempt to climb out or jump to the floor below, as help will be there as soon as possible to assist with the situation.
