910 Louisiana Parking is a 3 level, below ground parking garage for contract parkers only. The Parking Garage is open to authorized Tenant parkers at all times (except when temporarily closed for repairs or other maintenance).
The Parking Office is located on Level 1B of the 811 Louisiana Garage and is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. The Telephone number is (713) 228-5050.
Tenants may purchase validations through the Parking Office at 713-228-5050, Lisa Sikora at lisa.sikora@winpark.com.
Vendors/delivery trucks must utilize the loading dock and not pull into the garage. The time limit maximum is 30 minutes. Usage exceeding the time limit must be approved through the Management Office. The loading dock clearance is 13'6".
The 910 Louisiana garage clearance is 6'7".
After Hours and Weekend Parking
Visitor parking is located at 811 Louisiana. No visitor parking on weekends/holidays. Visitors are able to enter the garage until 9:00pm, Monday – Friday and must pay/validate at the posted rates. Contract parkers have access to the garage 24/7 using their parking card.
All visitors or non-contract employees that need to enter the garage after hours or on weekends must notify their Tenant Contact so they can inform the Parking Manager. Security will give those parkers access to the garage. These visitors need to be added to the building after hours parking list. Please provide the following information so they can be added to the after hours building parking list:
- The name/names of the visiting parker/parkers.
- Where the parker/parkers will be going to in the building (specify the name of the company and the floor that they will need access to).
- Specify the time the parker/parkers will need to enter and exit.
- Specify if the parker/parkers will be here for an event and with what company.
